DIGITAL SHIPPING
All products in the Ageberry shop are instant digital downloads.
NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED for Digital Downloads
Once your payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive a confirmation page with your downloadable link with access to the files, plus an email with your receipt and downloadable link too.
You can then download your purchase easily using your laptop or PC. Some mobile devices do not allow for downloading through a link especially if it’s ZIP files or embroidery files. It’s better to use your desktop computer to download purchased files.
Technical support is not included.
Most files are sent using PDF format. Most computers have Adobe Reader pre-installed on them, but if your particular laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort on it, you’ll need one to view the items. Adobe Reader is the most common one and it’s free. You can download it here.
If you can’t find the file once it’s downloaded, try looking in the folder called Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer to find out where it could be hiding.
Some products are sent using a compressed ZIP file.
How to Download a Zip File:
On a laptop or PC- save the ZIP file to your computer, right-click and select, “Extract All.” This will create a new folder on your computer which you can open.
After that, you can add the files to iCloud or Dropbox if you want to open the files on your mobile device.

Why are there no returns or exchanges on digital products?
Due to the nature of our products, digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds because you would still retain it after the fact. Simply, you can’t send it back, it can’t be damaged, etc.
