When purchasing a product through the Site, you agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Site for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price’).
Once the purchase is completed, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and we may record your purchase details for future use.
We stand behind our digital products and the way we’ve described them to our customers.
But we do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
All sales are final on digital products.
Why are there no returns or exchanges on digital products?
Due to the nature of our products, digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds because you would still retain it after the fact. Simply, you can’t send it back, it can’t be damaged, etc.
But if you have purchased a digital product on our Site and you are not pleased with your purchase, we may, at our sole discretion, refund your purchase price within fourteen (14) of your purchase provided that receipt or alternative proof of purchase are produced.
If you wish to request a refund, you must provide your receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the reason for your request within fourteen (14) of your purchase by sending written notice to Olga at [email protected].
Where the refund request is accepted, we will issue a refund in a timely manner.
When issuing a refund, if the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.
